From the Voxy app

Voxy 0.4.1 and later have a Help menu: in the menu of the Voxy icon in the menu bar, and in the menu bar at the top of the screen while the Voxy window is open.

• Help center opens these pages.
• Email support starts an email to us in your mail app, with your Voxy and macOS versions and whether the microphone, Accessibility and Input Monitoring are allowed already filled in. It never includes anything you said or wrote. Add what happened above those lines.
• Copy support@tryvoxy.com puts our address on your clipboard, for when your email lives in a browser.

Voxy 0.4.0 and earlier have no Help menu: write to us at the address below. The newest Voxy is always on the download page.

Email us

Write to support@tryvoxy.com about anything: setup, a key that will not work, words that came out wrong, billing or your account. Please write from the email address on your account, so we can find it.

For privacy requests or security reports, write to hello@tryvoxy.com. The contact page lists every inbox.

What helps us help you

• Your Voxy version: open the Voxy menu and choose About Voxy. Email support in the Help menu fills this in for you.
• Your Mac model and macOS version: open the Apple menu and choose About This Mac.
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
• The exact words of any message you saw. The notch and the island do not show up in screenshots, so please type them out.

What never to send

• Your password, card numbers, or the codes we email you. We will never ask for them, and nobody from Voxy will message you first asking for them.
• Private things you dictated, unless you choose to share an example.
• Voxy's log file. You do not need it to get help, and it can hold bits of what you dictated, so we do not ask for it.
