Acceptable Use Policy

Use Voxy lawfully and fairly

Do not use Voxy to:

• break any law or regulation, or help someone else do so;
• record, transcribe, or process other people's speech without the consent the law requires;
• harass, threaten, defame, or harm anyone, or create content that promotes violence, exploitation, or hatred;
• create or share content that sexually exploits or endangers children;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
• impersonate someone else, or mislead people about who you are;
• send spam or other unwanted bulk messages.

Respect Voxy and our systems

Do not:

• try to access accounts, installs, data, or systems that are not yours;
• share your account, or pass on your install or account tokens so others can use Voxy;
• get around usage limits, rate limits, the live demo's limits, or account and install checks;
• call our servers from anything other than the Voxy app and website, or run the live demo with scripts or other automated tools;
• probe, scan, or test our systems for weaknesses without our written permission;
• overload, disrupt, or interfere with Voxy, including by sending malware or harmful code;
• reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it;
• use Voxy to build a competing product or service, or resell access to it.

Use good judgment with important text

Voxy can make mistakes. Do not rely on Voxy's text without reading it first for decisions where an error could cause serious harm, such as medical, legal, emergency, or safety matters.

What happens if this policy is broken

If we believe this policy has been broken, we may remove access to the live demo, revoke an install, or suspend or close an account, depending on how serious the problem is. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.
